At the Cross Lances Open Mic, performers of all styles can expect a welcome as well as
professional sound and lighting.
The Cross Lances Pub has a new manager; Paul Thompson. He is making a raft of improvements to,
and introducing innovative ways to revitalise the buzz at, the pub. These include refurbishments to the
inside and outside of the pub, the eventual introduction of food and “Paul’s Promos”, which will see
some great value prices for customers on selected items. Keep an eye out on the pub’s FB group (see
above link) for these. Paul is also going to be offering nibbles for open mic goers, at the bar!
