Elaine organises occasional “Songwriting Competitions” at her open mic nights. They are just a bit of
fun and a challenge for any singer / songwriters. We have a theme, now chosen by the winner of the
previous competition.
Entrants to a songwriting competition pay £5 cash into a hat on the night and receive a voting form as
well as the chance to win the hat money. All entrants get to vote on all the other entrants…
The date and theme of the next songwriting competition has not yet been set. Watch this space - there
will be another songwriting competition coming later this year…
